The home is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and use care when using the system.
The cover is large and heavy — at least 2 guests required to remove and replace it. Never leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.
Full guest and pet count must be disclosed at booking, verified via exterior security camera footage.
The host may occasionally stay in a fully separated cabin located behind the main house.
